What areas do you service?

Our delivery area covers South Dundas and Glengarry Counties. We offer free delivery to residents living in Cornwall, Long Sault, Ingleside, St. Andrews, Martintown, Summerstown, and all the small places in between. Delivery starts at $25 for those outside our delivery area.

Does the price include setup and delivery?

Yes! Our professionals will handle the entire process for you. From delivery and setup, to takedown and pickup.

What happens if it rains?

We understand the bad weather is out of our control. We’ll give you the option to reschedule if an alternate date is available, or a 100% Refund.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Any cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice will be charged a $50 booking fee. If we are able to book another event for your date, a complete refund will be given.

Do you require a deposit?

No. We currently don’t require a deposit.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal Payment at Checkout. You don't have to be a PayPal Member. We also accept e-transfer or Cash. Just call us at 613-360-4004 to arrange payment and secure your booking or email us at info@barramobile.ca

What happens if the bouncy castle gets damaged?

Wear and tear is to be expected, however, if weight restrictions are exceeded or obvious negligence is present you will be required to cover some of the damage.

Do I need an extension cord?

You may need an extension cord depending on where the closest outlet is. We can offer a 50’ Cord if needed.

What surfaces do you set up on?

We setup on grass with a white tarp underneath. Please ensure area is clear of sticks, rocks or items that could puncture the unit.

Can you set up indoors?

Unfortunately, due to liability we cannot setup in City Halls or venues that do not have the proper liability insurance.
